Fitness Boxing in Lubbock
What to expect in each class:
Warm-Up: Get your body moving with dynamic stretches, agility drills, and light cardio to prepare for the workout ahead.
Cardio: Build endurance with high-intensity movements designed to elevate your heart rate and improve stamina.
Mitts: Work with a coach or partner to practice punch combinations, sharpen reflexes, and improve technique.
Bags: Test your power and precision on the heavy bags, building strength while perfecting your form.
Abs & Core Work: Finish strong with core-blasting exercises to improve stability and overall conditioning.
No experience? No problem! Our expert trainers will guide you through every step, ensuring you feel confident, challenged, and supported.
Fitness Boxing Schedule
Monday-Friday (am) | 5,6, & 9am
Monday-Thursday (pm) | 4,5, & 6pm
Saturday | 8,9, & 10am
**No classes Friday or saturday afternoon or on Sundays.**
