Join us for our beginner boxing classes. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to brush up on your skills, our boxing fundamentals class is the perfect place to start. Learn the basics from experienced trainers and build your confidence in the ring.

In our class, you’ll learn:

• Proper form and technique: Master the fundamentals of boxing, including stance, punches, and footwork.
• Essential combos: Learn effective combinations to use in sparring and training.
• The 6 basic boxing punches: Master the jab, cross, hook, uppercut, and overhand right.
