Congrats on joining our gym! Here’s what to expect during your first visit. 

1. Arrive Early

We want you to get the most out of your first visit, so make sure you show up 10-15 minutes before class! Our classes start at the top of every hour Monday through Friday from 5 am-11 am & 4 pm -8 pm. On Saturdays, we have classes from 8 am – 11 am.

2. Take A Tour

Tour our facilities to see our equipment, locker rooms, and more! 

3. Get Ready

After your tour, fill your water bottle up and get a pair of loaner gloves from the front desk, or bring your own!

4. Join Class

Start class and get a good workout in. We’ll see you soon!

Want to Workout Solo?

Frequently Asked Questions

Our fitness gym provides plenty of opportunities to work out in a way that works best for you. Learn more about Nick’s Fight Club’s fitness equipment, classes, personal trainers, and more by reading our frequently asked questions. 

When you start classes with us, you can expect cardio-inspired boxing exercise routines. Classes are usually divided into 5 sections: warmup, cardio, bags, mitts, and abs. No matter your experience level, you can always expect to get a good workout in.    

We have a multiple class times for your convenience. Our boxing-inspired classes are Monday – Friday at 5, 6, and 9am, and 4pm-6pm. On Saturdays, we start at 9am until 11am.

Classes aren’t required! We have a free weight area for you to use if you decide to opt out. 

Anyone can start with or without boxing gloves. You can always ask our trainers if you need a pair of gloves before working out. 

Wear whatever is most comfortable to you! However, we recommend wearing breathable clothing to prevent overheating. 

Whether you want to focus on boxing  or want to start a regular workout routine, we have boxing rings, punching bags, and equipment for cardio, legs, arms, and more! Learn more about our equipment here.

Yes, we have personal training available for our members! Whether you want basic boxing lessons or a tailored workout routine, our instructors will work with you to develop a plan that helps you achieve your goals. Learn more about our personal training here.
